A semi-automatic lesion segmentation that is created using the PDT2. Subcortical vasculopathy is relabelled as lesion through manual intervention.
FLEX
FLEX, or fuzzy lesion extractor, is similar to Lesion Explorer however the lesion segmentation is created using the FLAIR. Less manual intervention is required for FLEX.
